New Squirrels Target?

El Golazo and Weekly Soccer Magazine are both reporting Ardija interest in Taisei Fujita, a defender just coming up to his 27th birthday who spent last season at J2 minnows Tokushima Vortis. Fujita began his career at Nagoya Grampus before moving on to FC Tokyo and Tokyo Verdy 1969, and indeed the Kochi native picked up Asian Champions League experience with Verdy.

Yep. He was the best player on the field during the emperor cup loss at Omiya Koen I thought. He's fast for an old guy.

Daigo used to be an S-Pulse fan - just been on Ole Ardija.

Wouldn't Fujita cost a bomb in wages and is pushing 40? Don't like this idea at all!
