Urawa, Kyoto And Goal Round-up Clips

Thank you so much for the clips. The recap of goals for this season is quite well done! It seems like the big man Mato can't miss from the penalty spot :)

There's still all to play for this season after watching Gamba Osaka easily handled by Niigata it leaves the Squirrels only 3 pts from 6th.

Mato does indeed strike a good penalty and on occasions has taken free kicks, as well - he has a powerful and accurate left foot.

One of the characteristics of the J-League tends to be that there is a whole bunch of teams that are of a very comparable standard, so the difference between (say) the sixth-placed and fourteenth-placed team is often minimal.

Sometimes this even spills over into the title race, most famously in 2005, when no fewer than five clubs were in with a chance of winning the league coming into the final round of the season. At kick off on that day, Cerezo Osaka were top - but ended up finishing fifth. They never really recovered from that and were relegated the following year.
