Reds were awful, OF - shockingly poor with the suspended Edmilson. They literally never forced a save out of Ezumi.
Lots of Reds possession in the first half but no real threat, then a long ball from Chikara set Rafael completely free to score easily. Robson Ponte then get sent off after only about half an hour.
Second half Ardija controlled possession for long periods and finally made it 2-0 with a cracking Rafa shot, after a nice passing move. Ishihara wrapped it up from close range right at the end. A decent performance and a totally deserved win, but I'm sure the players can't believe their luck to have caught Urawa on such a bad day.
That should be withOUT the suspended Edmilson, of course...
