Oh for Christsakes seriously??? They narrowly escape relegation and they rehire this clown?

Will we ever learn?

Well, it's just talk at the moment but considering that the same people are in charge and their decision-making track record is appalling...

who knows he might do better next year? Then again...........

Furtho 30 November 2009 at 18:10

I'm happy to go on the record, Anonymous, as saying that I very much doubt that Jang can bring about major improvement at Omiya.

Ok but with all due disrespect to those teams round us do we really need major improvement to pull away from the dross that makes up the teams from 10th place and below?

Furtho 30 November 2009 at 18:24

Absolutely not, but even modest improvement seems beyond us at the moment.

Omiya Fan,  30 November 2009 at 18:37

He might not take it anyway as he has designs on being the Korean Olympic coach. Then again he might not have any options if they don't want him.

I am sure the vast majority of Squirrels fans don't want him either!

Official GGOA policy as regards taking the club forward on and off the pitch is directed against Watanabe, Yuuki and Jang. Oh, see how they quake! See how they tremble with fear before us!

I think he might be the man to offer minor improvement, wouldn't be unhappy to see the back of him if he leaves though.

Furtho 30 November 2009 at 19:35

To be honest, there are half a dozen teams of such similar quality that for Ardija to aim to be a bit better than, say, Kyoto or Jubilo seems to me to be a waste of time. I'm interested in the person who can take Omiya forward to becoming a top eight side.

A change from the annual will we wont we go down? Is all I'm asking for.

Furtho 30 November 2009 at 20:37

Sure, but given that the difference between eleventh and sixteenth is typically very small indeed, aiming to make only a modest amount of progress seems like a dangerous policy.

I can not believe this ... IDIOTS make a new contract ... I stopped to walk to the game until replaced Watanabe, Yuuki and Jang ... this is a disgrace ... or not promised ACL next year? We barely stayed in J1 in the penultimate dance, last 5 games before the end and have more points than this year and we have to change coach this year ... and then this troperesna clover IDIOTOS us get close to the J2 and the prize you extend the contract .. shame .. . in our club mafia ... just steal the money and ... stop destroying the club will go to the game ... thanks for the support of an idiots Watanabe, Yuuki and Jang ... shame
