GGOA Player Of The Year

The question has been asked, the votes submitted and counted, and now it's time to announce the result: just who is GGOA's Player Of The Year? Throughout the week of voting it's been a close race between two contenders, but in the end midfield dynamo Shin Kanazawa was just beaten into second place. The Player Of The Year trophy*, as voted by Omiya supporters, therefore goes to the Squirrels' giant defender, top scorer and all-round good guy Mato Neretljak.
