First Friendly Announced Against...

The Squirrels have released details of a prestige pre-season friendly in the shape of the so-called Saitama City Cup, which will be contested at Omiya Park on Saturday 13th February with a 1.30pm kick-off. The opposition will be no less than Mato Neretljak and Ahn Young Hak's old K-League team, Suwon Samsung Bluewings. Having taken the Korean championship in 2008, Suwon slumped to a tenth-placed finish last year but still won the Cup.
