Dudu Sayonara

The Squirrels have announced that Dudu has been released from his contract with immediate effect. Signed from Brazilian farm club Tonbense in the middle of 2009, the former K-League top scorer never fitted in at Ardija, starting just a handful of games and never finding the net except in an Emperor's Cup tie against Sony Sendai. A key question now is whether Omiya will fill the foreigner slot that has been opened up by Dudu's departure.
