After having got through the Group Stage of the J Youth Cup 2010 in impressive fashion, the Ardija Youth team were eliminated from the tournament in their first knock-out match. Despite the presence in the line-up of occasional first-teamer Taisuke Miyazaki, the Baby Squirrels were beaten 1-0 on Sunday by a particularly strong Kashiwa Reysol side, who go on to face FC Tokyo in the Quarter Finals next weekend.
