It's Higashi Omiya

Omiya have finally announced the club's first major signing of the winter, with the arrival at the club of U21 international midfielder Keigo Higashi from Oita Trinita. Higashi, who is 20, has been a member of the senior squad at Trinita for the past two years, scored twice in 23 matches as a member of the team that struggled unsuccessfully against relegation in 2009.
