Yoshihara Moves On
Ardija striker Kota Yoshihara, released by the club at the end of 2008, has signed for J2 outfit Mito Hollyhock - scotching rumours that he was likely to move to a lower league team in Germany. The Osaka native spent three years at Omiya, but scored only nine times in sixty J1 appearances.

I'm strangely delighted that there's a proper connection between the two clubs now. Let's hope that Kota can deliver some goals and get Mito higher up the table.
