GGOA Goal Of The Season 2009

GGOA readers have been voting for Omiya Ardija's 2009 Goal Of The Season and it can now be announced that the award goes to young defender Taishi Tsukamoto for his rocket of a free kick in the early season game at Kashiwa Reysol. Second spot went to Rafael's beauty in the 3-0 league win over Urawa Reds, while third was the delightful Hayato Hashimoto free kick / Daisuke Tomita back header / Mato Neretljak finish at home to Kyoto Sanga. Here's the full voting:

1. Taishi Tsukamoto A v Reysol 45%
2. Rafael 2-0 A v Urawa 36%
3. Mato Neretljak H v Kyoto 18%
