Trinita's Fukaya Signs

Omiya Ardija have announced their first major signing of the close season, with the arrival at the club of Oita Trinita defender Yuki Fukaya. The 27-year-old, who can play in the middle or on the right and therefore could slot in alongside Mato Neretljak or provide competition for Taishi Tsukamoto, joined Oita in 2005 upon graduating from Hannan University. He has been a first choice member of the Turtles' team ever since, apart from the first half of 2009 when he was absent as the result of a knee injury.
